About Your Coach

My name is Ann McMahon and I am a health and mindset coach living in the West of Ireland and working with women in their 40s and 50s from all over the world.

I have qualifications in nursing, psychology, health promotion, hypnotherapy and mindset coaching. Despite all of this I spent my 40s feeling pretty crappy.

It was only when I realised it was perimenopause, then menopause with a side order of late-diagnosed neurodivergence that was stopping me from living my best life. Using all of my research and coaching skills, I hope the shorten the curve for midlife women and support them in making midlife the best time in their lives.
